I have recently introduced the PaddleOn Program to my patients in Johannesburg South Africa. I am a PINC Certified therapist: PINC & Steel is an Oncology Rehabilitation training institution based in New Zealand. PaddleON is a very successful rehabilitation program in New Zealand, and I felt it would be a success in South Africa too. It allows the person recovering from cancer treatment to get involved in a healthy outdoor activity, but in a safe and calm way. I always attend the SUP lesson with you, and we can have one-on-one sessions, or you can join a small group of similar ability.
